We have had Jim C out to our home 3 times, first to fix the water pressure when we purchased the home, and twice more to help install/fix a new kitchen faucet/valves. Jim and Robert replaced 50-year old galvanized pipe in our south Denver home. The work was difficult in that most of it required being in a very tight crawl space. They did it in one day, minimizing the time we were without water and now we have good water pressure at all of our faucets for the first time in many years! It felt a little expensive when we accepted the bid, but as the work went along and I saw all they had to do to make the repairs I came to understand what a great value it was for the result.

I am so happy that we found My Denver Plumber after some bad experiences with other companies. We had a pipe burst on Christmas Eve and they scheduled Jim C to come out. He was wonderful and not only fixed the pipe but installed a drain valve so it wouldn’t happen again. We had Jim out again last week for a leak under our sink. He is very thorough and is an excellent plumber. We highly recommend this company!

Jim and Robert from MDP did a lot of work for us and we'd recommend for reliable and fairly priced plumbing. They first came out to our place when a galvanized pipe burst late on a Friday and were able to restore cold water to the house. I called 4 other plumbers and they were the only place who were able to get a tech out to restore some water to the house. We had them come back a couple weeks later to replace all the galvanized iron piping under the house. We got several bids and they came in with a very fair price and did a great job. I'd definitely recommend for jobs large and small.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. If you are fortunate enough to get a good plumber who does a good job, you will no doubt leave a five-star rating. But be warned, if ANYTHING goes wrong on the job, they will hang you out to dry. The plumber they sent created more damage than he fixed. I had a small leak in a sink drain line. He fixed that, but while working nicked the dishwasher drain hose, which he “repaired” using duct tape and a screw clamp (see photo). The resulting leak in that hose damaged my hardwood floor. When I sent incontrovertible photographic evidence and a description of what happened to the company, I was told, “He is a master plumber. It is impossible that he did that.” Period. When I asked if they would really risk the reputation of their company for a lousy $500, they responded, “It’s not about the $500, it’s about right and wrong. And we are right.” Wow. It was quite obviously about the $500, and they are clearly a greedy, dishonest company that will not take responsibility for anything other than cashing your check. Be warned.

Jim did a fantastic job installing a new faucet we had recently purchased. He was on time, professionally attired, incredibly courteous and we couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend My Denver Plumber and we will be using their services again in the near future. Its so rewarding when you find a company that does quality work because there's a sea of them out there that over-promise and under-perform. We will be asking for Jim again in the near future.
